Making the user experience even better than before

Users of BC5.3 are less stressed, have more time and find the system even more suitable to the way they like to work. We’ve made the system more intuitive, more familiar and used more plain-English. We’ve added functionality to upload emails from MS Outlook, a facility to include non-system files in workflows and correspondence, the ability to continue from where you left off when your session expires, as well as simplifying the top bar search.
